Section 01

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88lucky.ph ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 88luckyph.vip and all related services, games, features, and content provided by 88lucky.ph (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity on 88lucky.ph, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 88lucky.ph Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Term Definition

"Player" / "User" Any natural person who has registered a verified account on 88lucky.ph and is eligible to use the Services.
"Account" The individual account registered by a Player on 88lucky.ph, linked to a unique verified identity, mobile number, and/or email address.
"Wallet" / "Balance" The in-platform PHP account balance held on behalf of the Player, comprising real-money funds deposited and/or winnings credited.
"Bonus Funds" Promotional credits awarded by 88lucky.ph subject to specific wagering requirements and bonus terms, separate from real-money balance.
"KYC" / "Verification" Know Your Customer identity verification, whereby a Player submits valid Philippine government-issued identification documents to confirm identity, age, and residency.

"Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be bet before associated winnings can be withdrawn, as specified in individual promotion terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Strictly 21 Years and Older — No Exceptions
Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in real-money gaming on 88lucky.ph is restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Persons under the age of 21 are categorically prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on this Platform, regardless of parental consent or supervision.

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an active account on 88lucky.ph, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
  • You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);
  • You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law;
  • You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or exclusion directed by PAGCOR or any other competent gaming authority;
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 88lucky.ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
  • You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 88lucky.ph for a violation of these Terms.

3.2 Age Verification

88lucky.ph is legally obligated to verify the age and identity of all Players before real-money games may be accessed. Upon registration, you agree to submit valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification — including but not limited to your Philippine Statistics Authority (PhilSys) National ID, UMID, Driver's Licence, or Passport — as part of our mandatory KYC process.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed. 88lucky.ph reserves the right to void and reclaim any winnings generated by an account subsequently found to be registered by a person under the age of 21.

4. Account Registration and Maintenance

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only on 88lucky.ph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 88lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 88lucky.ph immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Non-Transferability

Your 88lucky.ph account, wallet balance, and any accrued bonus credits are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any funds therein to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

5. Deposits and Funding

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88lucky.ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Deposit availability may vary based on your account status and prevailing system conditions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set by 88lucky.ph and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming directives or upon your request for voluntary limit adjustments.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 88lucky.ph wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to three (3) banking hours to reflect. 88lucky.ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are not using the Platform to conduct, conceal, or facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity. 88lucky.ph is required under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have: (a) completed full KYC identity verification; (b) made at least one qualifying real-money deposit; and (c) complied with any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within ten (10) minutes under normal conditions, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account wallet section. Players may request a higher withdrawal limit by contacting 88lucky.ph support, subject to verification and 88lucky.ph approval.

Return-to-Source Policy
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 88lucky.ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 88lucky.ph are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion details. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply: a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to eligible Players as defined in individual promotion terms. 88lucky.ph reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including where abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of bonus terms is suspected. The use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and closure of all related accounts.

7.3 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free spins have validity periods as specified in individual promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements that expire within the applicable validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8.1 Game Fairness

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 88lucky.ph are developed by certified third-party providers and undergo independent auditing to verify fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers using certified equipment in monitored studio environments.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connection failure during an active game round, 88lucky.ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the corresponding bet amount. Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including software, pricing, or display errors — are void and will not be paid out.

8.3 Final Decision

The records maintained by 88lucky.ph's gaming servers constitute the official and final record of all transactions and game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the server record and any display shown on a Player's device, the server record shall prevail.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

  • Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
  • Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or live dealer environments;
  • Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under Philippine law;
  • Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your identity;
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain a monetary advantage — any winnings from exploited vulnerabilities are void;
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule;
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other Players through any communication channel;
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any aspect of the 88lucky.ph Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

88lucky.ph is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

10.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players through Account Settings:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
  • Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;

10.2 Self-Exclusion

88lucky.ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data sharing with regulators, law enforcement, and PAGCOR is conducted strictly in accordance with legal obligations.

Section 12

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88lucky.ph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game designs, software, source code, graphics, text, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to 88lucky.ph and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 88lucky.ph.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 88lucky.ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if 88lucky.ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88lucky.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 88lucky.ph wallet at the time the claim arises.

88lucky.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 14

14. Account Suspension and Termination

14.1 Termination by 88lucky.ph

88lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or direction by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

14.2 Effect of Termination

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance (net of any amounts subject to investigation or forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds and any associated pending winnings are forfeited upon account closure for a breach of Terms.

14.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 88lucky.ph support. Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any balance remaining will be refunded after the completion of required checks.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 88lucky.ph Platform, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution. 88lucky.ph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within ten (10) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint and dispute resolution procedures. PAGCOR's decision on regulatory matters is binding on both parties.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of 88lucky.ph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the PAGCOR escalation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Section 16

16. Amendments to These Terms

88lucky.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, PAGCOR directive, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the 88lucky.ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
